Walmart Survey – Win $1,000 Prize at www.survey.walmart.com

survey.walmart.com: In this modern era, consumers face various brand decisions, but what they want is not a service or a product. When they visit any store, they expect a brand to promise a memorable and satisfying experience. If the company has a loyalty culture to the customers, it will arouse reciprocal loyalty from them through every action. That’s the reason Walmart gives importance to its survey. Guest satisfaction is the key to continuing success for the Walmart store.

Walmart’s Guest satisfaction survey builds on existing customer relationships, retains existing customers, and builds new relationships with their customers. Walmart collects both negative and positive feedback from its customers. Unlike other companies, they keep their customers happy and satisfied by offering them a shopping experience and services possible other than money making.

You can take the survey on its official website at www.survey.walmart.com. Apart from this, completing the study can also get a chance to win a $1,000 gift card. It takes only a few minutes to participate in the survey. The survey only asks simple questions, and the customers must answer them. This helps the growth of the company.

  3. NO HAND SANITIZERS, NO SANITIZING WIPES!!
I was most amazed when on entering the otherwise well run Walmart in Yuma on S Pacific Ave, to find out that there were NO Hand Sanitizers or Sanitizing Wipes available. When querying this with the man on the entrance, I was told ‘we ain’t got ’em nowhere’. They, meaning the management, had decided that…
Customers Services (the person did wear a mask) even suggested that next time I should bring my own and, no we (Walmart) don’t provide either Hand Sanitizers nor Sanitizing Wipes to our customers on the entrance of this store…
The story speaks for itself, as this must be the only Walmart with such attitude and practice. I have never experienced such ignorance anywhere.

For reference, here are some data: ID # :7RFNO4HZ1K3, 05/15/22, 20:08:54.

I writing in to let you know about Antonio, who works in the express lane. Antonio is always very professional, pleasant and helpful with customers. Today, as I was checking out and elderly lady was standing directly behind me and I asked her if something was wrong. She mentioned she was in the store yesterday 5/31/2022 at the register I was at and dropped her house key so she came back into the store to see if she could fine it. She mentioned she went to customer service and I believe she asked if anyone brought a key to them and they had a few keys but apparently it was not hers. Antonio walked by and we advised him what happened and he said ” I did find a key and I brought it to customer service! He describe the key which said “house’ and she said yes I believe that’s it! He stated he contacted customer service a few times that day to see if anyone called into the store as a follow up, very caring individual! The women was very happy and I was equally happy for her. Antonio is always there to help when needed and and asset to your company.

  5. I wanted a battery for my watch. I waited at the jewelry counter, but no one came. I asked a clerk at a nearby check-out to call someone to jewelry and waited, but no one came. I asked someone at pharmacy to call someone to jewelry and waited. Finally, someone came. This person found the proper battery, but could not open my watch. She sold me the battery and recommended a place that would install it.
I went to that place, but they would not install a battery they had not sold to me.
I tried to enter the survey and it would not respond.

Thank you, Zannatul 😊 Looking forward to seeing you again.

This employee is a poison pill. Always complaining openely to other employees and customers about how all is unfair and a nuisance.

This is the fairly new young black girl in the gas station area that gives everyone a difficult experience. Has no customer service skills and the customers are a problem for her.

She is posted all over local facebook and nextdoor.com
Nothing could be further than the difficulty she is doing. We all know she is off on Wednesdays and don’t dread that awful experience she pushes upon customers.

She has worked there about 6 months and we all thought she would learn by now as a new associate for Walmart. It has gone disastrously the wrong direction.

Customers have tried to confront her nicely, but she replies “Got a problem, talk to manager”
