  1. The Walmart in Jonesboro GA is usually very good. This particular Saturday morning they only had one cashier ( Latonia) who had been working all morning without a break and no one to relieve her. The line was long and she kept her professional customer service attitude during this time. It was a very big disappointment for me to see other associates walking around talking but not assisting. Not sure who was the manager on the floor but nothing was being done to help Latonia in this matter.

  2. Disappointed that I can’t find the price check machines anymore. Never know what the price of thing are due to the shelf’s being so messy. I try not to shop there because I don’t like the hassle of not knowing the correct price

  3. My Mac tells me “Not Secure –” and won’t let me choose a language to start the survey. So I am leaving my comment here, hoping that the right person ((as per receipt manager “TBD” (“To Be Determined”??) at Arundel Mills store in Hanover, MD)) will get this. I needed a bottle of laundry detergent und saw one last bottle, on the bottom shelf, way way back where I could not reach it. I did not see any employees on the sales floor so I asked an employee at SCO, a young lady named “Joell”, if she could page somebody to help me please. There were no other customers so she went to the detergent isle, got down on her knees and pulled the bottle out for me before rushing back to SCO. I was thankful that she went out of her way to get the bottle for me, I could not get down as I have bad knees, but she did not mind and the whole time she was so very friendly and courteous. I really like shopping at this Walmart, employees like “Joell” make it a pleasant experience every time I go there.

  4. Walmart remains a quality store as long as a customer is willing to try during their shopping experience in my mind! I do go to other food suppliers occasionally but this store is fair.

  5. At Walmart this morning, Sunday at 8:45 am. Only one cashier open and 8 people with full baskets in line. The cashier had to be the slowest employee they have. Someone needs to reevaluate traffic and staffing. This happens frequently. You’d be better off opening a little later with full staff.

  7. 12-15-21 2:16pm i was ay Walmart at Davenport IA 3101 w Kimberly rd , I had the worse customer service ever , Firt I had to wait more then 50 minutes for help I ask more than 3 people for help in the electronic department and they just ignore me, finally Damotriz a young guy ask me with the worse actitud what i wanted , i ask for a tablet he gave me the wrong o e I ask that’s not the right one and he just ignóreme and rush to the register , I had more items on mu shopping car I ask to pay for everything and he said I oly can do 10 items I had 8 and he just totally rude throw the tablet on my basket and ask me to pay I’m so mad

    today n yesterday has been out of bags to carry my items I purchased @ 11:38 1 / 15 /2022 . I had to get a big basket for my purchase , as I grabbed a basket , I asked the associate ( ur exit associate )
    Does management know that your out of bags ? She made a rude comment .! I said that is an A or B answer ?
