Walmart Survey & Win $1,000 Prize at www.survey.walmart.com

survey.walmart.com: In this modern era, consumers face various brand decisions, but what they want is not a service or a product. When they visit any store, they only expect a brand to promise’s memorable and satisfying experience. If the company has a loyalty culture to the customers, it will arouse reciprocal loyalty from them through every action. That’s the reason Walmart gives importance to its survey. Guest satisfaction is the key to continuing success for the Walmart store.

Walmart’s Guest satisfaction survey builds on existing customer relationships, retains existing customers, and builds new relationships with their customers. Walmart collects both negative and positive feedback from its customers. Unlike other companies, they keep their customers happy and satisfied by offering them a shopping experience and services possible other than money making.

You can take the survey on its official website at www.survey.walmart.com. Apart from this, completing the study can also get a chance to win a $1,000 gift card. It takes only a few minutes to participate in the survey. The survey only asks simple questions, and the customers must answer them. This helps the growth of the company.

I WANTED A MANAGER TO KNOW THAT I WAS AT THE WAL MART STORE TODAY AT: 1460 GOLF ROAD IN ROLLING MEADOWS, IL 60008 AND WOULD LIKE TO COMPLIMENT HIGHLY THE SALES ASSOCIATE IN JEWELERY “ANA” THIS AFTERNOON. SHE WAS SO HELPFUL AND VERY SWEET (I TRIED TO TIP HER FOR PUTTING IN A WATCH BATTERY FOR ME BUT SHE SAID THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GET TIPS). SHE IS AN AMAZING SALES ASSOCIATE AND SHE SHOULD BE COMMENDED IN SOME WAY FOR IT! THANK YOU.

  3. Miranda and Lucena are truly professional and amongst the best members of the Walmart team in Lawton, OK. My family frequently sees them at the Walmart Neighborhood Market located at 3754 SW Lee Blvd, Lawton, OK. This comment of excellence is without there knowledge or suggestion.

    • I was at the Neighborhood Walmart on Thompson Bridge Road in Gainesville Ga today around 1:00pm. I was looking for burgundy wine to use in my Christmas Eve dish. Could not find burgundy wine anywhere. Rodney approached me and asked if he could help me find something. When he was unsuccessful, he pulled out his phone and started researching and found Holland House Blend of Red wine which is used in place of burgundy wine for a fraction of the cost of a bottle of wine. This small act of service saved me from having to stop at the wine store and also saved me money. He was such a helpful and thoughtful young man who truly understands serving others.

    • I had an awful experience at the Kansas City Boardwalk ave. Location today. First time there using my WIC card and they claimed it didn’t take all of it off. Wouldn’t cancel the transaction, wouldn’t let me take stuff off, and forced me to spend $50 on groceries I couldn’t afford. The manager was very unkind and had a “I don’t care” attitude. I was close to tears leaving the store with my kids.

  5. I shopped at store #4178 in Springfield, Oregon on Monday, June 10, 2019. I received exceptional help from an employee named Rhonda{with red hair} and would like to acknowledge her and the great customer service she extended to me. She went to great lengths to run down information on a product I always buy there but couldn’t find. She asked two other employees for assistance to help her find the information she needed to assist me. You never see employees go out of their way like she did and I truly appreciate the way she helped me. Thank you Rhonda.

  9. Walmart 1390 pinellas park Florida the electronics manager Rubin is very rude and disrespectful. I stood and waited for him for 10mins so I could purchase my items when he finally got back he let 5 people get in front of me in line even tho I was there before them. Once it was finally my turn to buy my stuff he told me to wait because he had another customer to help then he then let that customer purchase his items before me and finally told me I would have to wait on someone else because he was going on break. This is the person that this company has chosen to manage a department he needs to be terminated.

I had to drive 30 min to go get the bags the lady did not spin to me! Being a single mother this is very inconvenient not only with my gas but my time too! I purchased a iPhone 10se on May1, 2021. The associate DID NOT ask who my iPhone carrier was nor did she mention the the iPhone was T Mobile family only & would not work with other carriers. She further DID NOT mention that the return time was only 14 days! I waited for my grand daughter to come & help me activate my iPhone SE on 5/24. We quickly realized that my new iPhone would not accept AT&T! When I went to return iPhone I was then informed about the 14 day return policy & was told there was nothing she could do!!!! I’m FURIOUS & hold Walmart responsible for their poor customer service!

  14. I shopped at store #00645 today and whenever I need something. I am very frustrated with the store because everything is still in boxes in the isles. Shelves are empty and many of the employees don’t care. One told me that the new manager doesn’t know what to do and doesn’t seem to care. This started in November and still looks the same. I have been driving farther to find a well stocked store. It’s way more than annoying.

  15. Not able to choose my language which means I am unable to complete the survey. It parallels the service I received at 1101 Belville Rd Daytona Beach, FL. I had trouble finding english muffins. I asked an employee where I could find english muffins. I am not exagerating when I tell ya she looked at me and said ” I have no idea” YEP! I located another employee same question asked. Again, I am not exageratting when I say she said “I have to take this off I am pushed out” I spoke with a third employee. I expressed dissapointment in the previous responses and I should not been surprised by what the CSR in a yellow vest said “Well we are not obligated to know where everything is…” You can’t make this stuff up. Now you know why I shop at ALDI. I will drive further to shop at any store to avoid Walmart!

You have a lot of older people who cannot go shopping and bag their own groceries yet all your associates were just hanging around and not opening a new register the lines were across the aisle that you couldn’t get across I waited 20 minutes and as my stuff was melting. I bought almost $200 worth of things I need help bagging them I do not work for Walmart so I do not want to go in a line and check out myself I’m telling you you’re opening yourself up for a lawsuit if you don’t start opening up the lines for people who need help!
I am still angry and this was yesterday I took a video as did a lot of other customers because it was that ridiculous I think I intend to publish the video on Google reviews and yelp not that I would be the first or the last and possibly Facebook something needs to change a manager at your store is Nuttallia

Two cashier lines open at 1:49p. I spent $105 and had to wait in line 45 minutes, the line did not even move for 20 minutes. There was 10-15 people behind me in my line. I understand the hiring problem, but why not train some of the employees scattered throughout the store. I’m going on 84 yrs and many of the people in line were aged and it’s mighty challenging to stand in place that long and not even advance. The other line advanced quite well, but they also had 10-15 people backed up in line. Self checkout was also horrible. This company needs to figure out how to resolve this problem FAST. Neighborhood website “Nextdoor” has other people expressing negative comments for this store.

Quote “they don’t open till 8am, can’t help you, sorry”. I decided not to give up and asked a team lead “Leonard” and “Jimmy” and they were able to help us in 5mins. The store manager should be demoted. I definitely appreciate Leonard and Jimmy for the excellent customer service. Not turning us away made us customers for life. Thank you.

The Walmart in DeFuniak Springs Florida sucks.Service, their isn’t any. There have been times that their was 15 people or more in line to check out with 1or 2 cashiers working out of 6 stations.A lot of people around here refuse to use self serve lanes, if I wanted to self checkout I would just get on line and go to Amazon and get my groceries delivered to my house. But I would rather pick out what groceries I want to buy without any substitutions . I have been going to Walmart less and less, one of these days they will realize that they are not the only store around and it doesn’t bother me to go to Winn Dixie or Thriftway , meat is better at Thriftway anyway.

  25. The Walmart in Jonesboro GA is usually very good. This particular Saturday morning they only had one cashier ( Latonia) who had been working all morning without a break and no one to relieve her. The line was long and she kept her professional customer service attitude during this time. It was a very big disappointment for me to see other associates walking around talking but not assisting. Not sure who was the manager on the floor but nothing was being done to help Latonia in this matter.

So I am leaving my comment here, hoping that the right person ((as per receipt manager “TBD” (“To Be Determined”??) at Arundel Mills store in Hanover, MD)) will get this. I needed a bottle of laundry detergent und saw one last bottle, on the bottom shelf, way way back where I could not reach it. I did not see any employees on the sales floor so I asked an employee at SCO, a young lady named “Joell”, if she could page somebody to help me please. There were no other customers so she went to the detergent isle, got down on her knees and pulled the bottle out for me before rushing back to SCO. I was thankful that she went out of her way to get the bottle for me, I could not get down as I have bad knees, but she did not mind and the whole time she was so very friendly and courteous. I really like shopping at this Walmart, employees like “Joell” make it a pleasant experience every time I go there.

I writing in to let you know about Antonio, who works in the express lane. Antonio is always very professional, pleasant and helpful with customers. Today, as I was checking out and elderly lady was standing directly behind me and I asked her if something was wrong. She mentioned she was in the store yesterday 5/31/2022 at the register I was at and dropped her house key so she came back into the store to see if she could fine it. She mentioned she went to customer service and I believe she asked if anyone brought a key to them and they had a few keys but apparently it was not hers. Antonio walked by and we advised him what happened and he said ” I did find a key and I brought it to customer service! He describe the key which said “house’ and she said yes I believe that’s it! He stated he contacted customer service a few times that day to see if anyone called into the store as a follow up, very caring individual! The women was very happy and I was equally happy for her. Antonio is always there to help when needed and and asset to your company.

I asked someone at pharmacy to call someone to jewelry and waited. Finally, someone came. This person found the proper battery, but could not open my watch. She sold me the battery and recommended a place that would install it.

I tried to enter the survey and it would not respond.
