Walmart Survey & Win $1,000 Prize at In this modern era, consumers face various brand decisions, but what they want is not a service or a product. 2. it was impossible to take this survey as the first question asks for a 6 digit postal code, when ALL postal codes are 5 or 9 digits.

    • Today I was at Walmart at 4675 watt Avenue north highlands, CA 95660, at 2:30 I went to self checkout am I asked if they were taking cash and the security guard at the time had a bad attitude an yell lady I just said that an I told her excuse me but I didn’t hear me I explained I was going to use card instead and the worker at the time came up to me after arguing with another customer an told me I need to go to the other side and go stand in line to use my cash that I’m taking up the machine for everyone else to use I was trying to tell him I’m using card an he started yelling that I need to stop waiting everyone time an do what I was told of course I got mad an told him he needs to stop with the way he’s F*** talking to me because it’s not necessary an him and the security lady called me a dumb white B**** an I was a F*** Karen. I told them I’m not white I’m Mexican, an to stop being a dumba** and he called me a dumba** to my face I asked to talk to a manager am no one came I waited for 30 mins I ended up leaving. I didn’t get either of their names but seriously they don’t need to be working their if they can’t stay professional an not cuss at customers

  3. Miranda and Lucena are truly professional and amongst the best members of the Walmart team in Lawton, OK. My family frequently sees them at the Walmart Neighborhood Market located at 3754 SW Lee Blvd, Lawton, OK. This comment of excellence is without there knowledge or suggestion.

    • I was at the Neighborhood Walmart on Thompson Bridge Road in Gainesville Ga today around 1:00pm. I was looking for burgundy wine to use in my Christmas Eve dish. Could not find burgundy wine anywhere. Rodney approached me and asked if he could help me find something. When he was unsuccessful, he pulled out his phone and started researching and found Holland House Blend of Red wine which is used in place of burgundy wine for a fraction of the cost of a bottle of wine. This small act of service saved me from having to stop at the wine store and also saved me money. He was such a helpful and thoughtful young man who truly understands serving others.

    • I had an awful experience at the Kansas City Boardwalk ave. Location today. First time there using my WIC card and they claimed it didn’t take all of it off. Wouldn’t cancel the transaction, wouldn’t let me take stuff off, and forced me to spend $50 on groceries I couldn’t afford. The manager was very unkind and had a “I don’t care” attitude. I was close to tears leaving the store with my kids.

    • I’m currently standing in Walmart trying to exchange a propane tank. I already paid but been 20 minutes waiting for a manger. Customer Service keep calling for a manager but I don’t believe a manager is here.

  4. It’s truly a great and useful piece of information. I’m satisfied that you shared this helpful information with us. Please stay us informed like this. Thank you for sharing. defeckceeekk

  5. I shopped at store #4178 in Springfield, Oregon on Monday, June 10, 2019. I received exceptional help from an employee named Rhonda{with red hair} and would like to acknowledge her and the great customer service she extended to me. She went to great lengths to run down information on a product I always buy there but couldn’t find. She asked two other employees for assistance to help her find the information she needed to assist me. You never see employees go out of their way like she did and I truly appreciate the way she helped me. Thank you Rhonda.

  6. Walmart and other store surveys are too much of a pita to do most of the time because there are way too many links to sites other than the one you need to actually enter the contests.

  7. We picked up prescriptions at Johns Lake Road Wal-Mart in Clermont,FL. Sharon greeted us with a smile and was VERY patient with us as we tried to reduce our cost. She was so helpful and saved us around $400.00! We have and will always get our meds at this pharmacy!

  8. I was at the Duarte Walmart store at 12 o’clock yesterday January 4, 2021

I bought some items and paid for them ,but the cashier did not put them in my bag/basket

I only found out about that after I got home

    The manager there is Charles

The cashier was a young African American in his 20s

    The terminal number is SC010063

Will someone call me , please?

Since this morning I have called five times trying to get customer service and spent a total of 40 minutes waiting without anyone picking up the phone at the other end!

It was quite an unpleasant experience.

  9. Walmart 1390 pinellas park Florida the electronics manager Rubin is very rude and disrespectful. I stood and waited for him for 10mins so I could purchase my items when he finally got back he let 5 people get in front of me in line even tho I was there before them. Once it was finally my turn to buy my stuff he told me to wait because he had another customer to help then he then let that customer purchase his items before me and finally told me I would have to wait on someone else because he was going on break. This is the person that this company has chosen to manage a department he needs to be terminated.

  10. The pick up team on Charlotte Pike in Nashville Tn are the absolute Best! Kind, Fast and never a long wait! Unlike the Walmart’s in Clarksville Tn. Big thanks to all those that pick the groceries the ones that load it and the managers over these ppl!! They Rock give them all a huge raise!!

  11. Store# 02202 windham Maine. Spent 430.00$ only for teller # 4 not to spin the bag dispenser and left 2 of my bags. Other then saying or having some one get me (knowing I have 2 kids under 4 with me. I had to call to see if my bags was still there and the family behind me did not receive them. I had to drive 30 min to go get the bags the lady did not spin to me! Being a single mother this is very inconvenient not only with my gas but my time too! They should of looked at the cameras and giving me a gift card for my troubles. NOPE NOT EVEN A SORRY! I would appreciate if a manager or someone give me a call to apologize!

  12. I would like to show how I appreciated the help I received from Davey, Ashley, and Essie in the pharmacy dept. They are valuable employees. On the other hand you have one that needs more training. Her name is Diane. She was very rude and did not want to help me at all. Thanks

I purchased a iPhone 10se on May1, 2021. The associate DID NOT ask who my iPhone carrier was nor did she mention the the iPhone was T Mobile family only & would not work with other carriers. She further DID NOT mention that the return time was only 14 days! I waited for my grand daughter to come & help me activate my iPhone SE on 5/24. We quickly realized that my new iPhone would not accept AT&T! When I went to return iPhone I was then informed about the 14 day return policy & was told there was nothing she could do!!!! I’m FURIOUS & hold Walmart responsible for their poor customer service!

  14. I shopped at store #00645 today and whenever I need something. I am very frustrated with the store because everything is still in boxes in the isles. Shelves are empty and many of the employees don’t care. One told me that the new manager doesn’t know what to do and doesn’t seem to care. This started in November and still looks the same. I have been driving farther to find a well stocked store. It’s way more than annoying.

  15. Not able to choose my language which means I am unable to complete the survey. It parallels the service I received at 1101 Belville Rd Daytona Beach, FL. I had trouble finding english muffins. I asked an employee where I could find english muffins. I am not exagerating when I tell ya she looked at me and said ” I have no idea” YEP! I located another employee same question asked. Again, I am not exageratting when I say she said “I have to take this off I am pushed out” I spoke with a third employee. I expressed dissapointment in the previous responses and I should not been surprised by what the CSR in a yellow vest said “Well we are not obligated to know where everything is…” You can’t make this stuff up. Now you know why I shop at ALDI. I will drive further to shop at any store to avoid Walmart!

  16. I really like our Home Town Walmart in Jonesboro,La. We have friendly familiar faces checking us out as always. We hope to keep it that way.We don’t want automated robots.

  17. I was at the store on State Road 436 in Casselberry Florida and I can’t tell you how angry most of your customers were today waiting online with two open registers. You have a lot of older people who cannot go shopping and bag their own groceries yet all your associates were just hanging around and not opening a new register the lines were across the aisle that you couldn’t get across I waited 20 minutes and as my stuff was melting. I bought almost $200 worth of things I need help bagging them I do not work for Walmart so I do not want to go in a line and check out myself I’m telling you you’re opening yourself up for a lawsuit if you don’t start opening up the lines for people who need help!
I am still angry and this was yesterday I took a video as did a lot of other customers because it was that ridiculous I think I intend to publish the video on Google reviews and yelp not that I would be the first or the last and possibly Facebook something needs to change a manager at your store is Nuttallia

  18. I shopped at #4147 in Morrisville. I got exceptional help from an employee ‘Purna’ when my child wanted to grab some foods for him. His briefing regarding the product was awesome and so clear to my child. Thank you much.

  19. I purchased my stuffs at #4147 in Morrisville on June 6, 2021 in evening time. At the moment, I got exceptional help from an employee ‘Purna’ when my child wanted to grab some foods for him. His briefing regarding the product was awesome and so clear to my child. Thank you much.

  20. Store: 02354, 2500 Adams Rd, Rochester Hills, Mi, 48309
Two cashier lines open at 1:49p. I spent $105 and had to wait in line 45 minutes, the line did not even move for 20 minutes. There was 10-15 people behind me in my line. I understand the hiring problem, but why not train some of the employees scattered throughout the store. I’m going on 84 yrs and many of the people in line were aged and it’s mighty challenging to stand in place that long and not even advance. The other line advanced quite well, but they also had 10-15 people backed up in line. Self checkout was also horrible. This company needs to figure out how to resolve this problem FAST. Neighborhood website “Nextdoor” has other people expressing negative comments for this store.

  21. The service in Metairie٫ Louisiana is great that they get right on it when something needs to be fixed and the app is great٫ finally
a place that doesn’t have junk in clearance and the staff is super friendly. #FriendlyService

  22. I went to store ST# 05884 and the service manager and head cashier refused to help us obtain a fishing license because we came an hour early. Quote “they don’t open till 8am, can’t help you, sorry”. I decided not to give up and asked a team lead “Leonard” and “Jimmy” and they were able to help us in 5mins. The store manager should be demoted. I definitely appreciate Leonard and Jimmy for the excellent customer service. Not turning us away made us customers for life. Thank you.

  23. Nice game Walmart. Obviously you are aware that this survey is impossible to take. Although every other survey on this site is available.
I’m sure I will continue to purchase my medication from Walmart, however, this false offer of a survey has put me off of shopping your franchise anytime soon.

  24. The Walmart in DeFuniak Springs Florida sucks.Service, their isn’t any. There have been times that their was 15 people or more in line to check out with 1or 2 cashiers working out of 6 stations.A lot of people around here refuse to use self serve lanes, if I wanted to self checkout I would just get on line and go to Amazon and get my groceries delivered to my house. But I would rather pick out what groceries I want to buy without any substitutions . I have been going to Walmart less and less, one of these days they will realize that they are not the only store around and it doesn’t bother me to go to Winn Dixie or Thriftway , meat is better at Thriftway anyway.

  25. The Walmart in Jonesboro GA is usually very good. This particular Saturday morning they only had one cashier ( Latonia) who had been working all morning without a break and no one to relieve her. The line was long and she kept her professional customer service attitude during this time. It was a very big disappointment for me to see other associates walking around talking but not assisting. Not sure who was the manager on the floor but nothing was being done to help Latonia in this matter.

  26. Disappointed that I can’t find the price check machines anymore. Never know what the price of thing are due to the shelf’s being so messy. I try not to shop there because I don’t like the hassle of not knowing the correct price

  27. My Mac tells me “Not Secure –” and won’t let me choose a language to start the survey. So I am leaving my comment here, hoping that the right person ((as per receipt manager “TBD” (“To Be Determined”??) at Arundel Mills store in Hanover, MD)) will get this. I needed a bottle of laundry detergent und saw one last bottle, on the bottom shelf, way way back where I could not reach it. I did not see any employees on the sales floor so I asked an employee at SCO, a young lady named “Joell”, if she could page somebody to help me please. There were no other customers so she went to the detergent isle, got down on her knees and pulled the bottle out for me before rushing back to SCO. I was thankful that she went out of her way to get the bottle for me, I could not get down as I have bad knees, but she did not mind and the whole time she was so very friendly and courteous. I really like shopping at this Walmart, employees like “Joell” make it a pleasant experience every time I go there.

  28. Walmart remains a quality store as long as a customer is willing to try during their shopping experience in my mind! I do go to other food suppliers occasionally but this store is fair.

  29. To: MGR. Stephanie, at Rochambeau Dr. Williamsburg, VA Store # 03219
I writing in to let you know about Antonio, who works in the express lane. Antonio is always very professional, pleasant and helpful with customers. Today, as I was checking out and elderly lady was standing directly behind me and I asked her if something was wrong. She mentioned she was in the store yesterday 5/31/2022 at the register I was at and dropped her house key so she came back into the store to see if she could fine it. She mentioned she went to customer service and I believe she asked if anyone brought a key to them and they had a few keys but apparently it was not hers. Antonio walked by and we advised him what happened and he said ” I did find a key and I brought it to customer service! He describe the key which said “house’ and she said yes I believe that’s it! He stated he contacted customer service a few times that day to see if anyone called into the store as a follow up, very caring individual! The women was very happy and I was equally happy for her. Antonio is always there to help when needed and and asset to your company.

  30. I wanted a battery for my watch. I waited at the jewelry counter, but no one came. I asked a clerk at a nearby check-out to call someone to jewelry and waited, but no one came. I asked someone at pharmacy to call someone to jewelry and waited. Finally, someone came. This person found the proper battery, but could not open my watch. She sold me the battery and recommended a place that would install it.
I went to that place, but they would not install a battery they had not sold to me.
I tried to enter the survey and it would not respond.

  31. Hi. We shopped at the Wally World 🌍 on Walden Avenue in Cheektowaga, NY, yesterday. Our cashier, Zannatul, was so friendly! Just a joy! We had a very large order and she just shined the whole time. I even fist pumped and thanked her when she finished cashing us out!
Thank you, Zannatul 😊 Looking forward to seeing you again.

  32. Tried to take your survey, but would not let me. I was at your Meridian Wal-Mart, had a very good experience, but can’t say the same about the survey. The help I came in contact with were very helpful and very polite.
